6年生：有志によるゴミ拾い　Grade 6: Volunteer (Cleaning Up Around the School)

初等部を卒業するにあたり、お世話になった学校の周りをきれいにしたいと6年生の有志が学年全体に呼びかけました。
22日の放課後、集まった子どもたちがトングとゴミ袋を手に学校周辺を清掃してくれました。

たくさんのゴミが集まり、教職員も驚きました。

地域住民の方々も喜んでいらっしゃると思います。

「立つ鳥跡を濁さず」を体現してくれましたね。

On leaving Primary School, a group of students invited the whole 6th graders to participate cleaning up the neighborhood area around the school.

They spent priceless 6 years in the school and they wanted to thank the area.
On 22nd, the children gathered to clean up around the school with tongs and rubbish bags in their hands.

The teachers were amazed at the amount of rubbish they collected.

There is a saying “it’s an ill bird that fouls its own nest. “

We don’t have the ill bird at GKA.
We are sure that the local residents were pleased.
