生徒による後輩へのチュータリング / Voluntary activities by students

中高等部では毎週火曜日のお昼休みに生徒会会議が開かれています。その会議に9年生が参加し、後輩へのチューター制度の提案を行ってくれました。突然の来訪に生徒会メンバーはびっくりしていましたが、議論が弾み、計画は前向きに進みそうです。生徒が自主的に後輩の学習をサポートする仕組みを作ろうというとしています。心強いことこの上ありません。

The student council meeting is held every Tuesday during lunchtime. Recently, some 9th graders attended the meeting and proposed a tutoring system for younger students. The student council members were surprised by their sudden visit, but the discussion was lively and the plan seems to be moving forward positively. They are going to create a system where students can voluntarily support the learning of younger students. How encouraging!
