ツインクラス活動：七夕

今年度、七夕は日曜日でしたので、初等部では7月5日（金）に行いました。ツインクラス活動として行ったので、お兄さんお姉さんと一緒に短冊に願い事を書き、竹を飾りつけました。

6年生は他の行事が午後にあったので、児童行事委員は、事前に録画したものをオンラインで放送しました。児童が七夕のお話を録音したものと、ハーモニークラブの児童が、「たなばたさま」の歌を歌っているものとなります。

児童からの了承も得ましたので動画を共有します。動画作りに協力してくれた人たち、ありがとう。

This year, Tanabata fell on Sunday, so GKA elementary students celebrated the event on Friday, July 5th.  Older students and their twin class buddies decorated the bamboo branches and wrote their wishes on tanzaku paper.

Because Grade 6 had a second event that day, the grade 6 members of the student-run Events Committee pre-recorded their presentation to the school.  6th grade students retold the story of Tanabata to their classmates using a video recording.  The video also featured the singing of one of the student clubs, the Harmony Club.
