4年生：ツインクラス（縦割り）活動のリーダーになる　Grade 4: Twin Class Leaders

ツインクラス活動では、4年生がリーダーとなり、同じ建物で勉強する1年生を助けています。
4年生と1年生の絆は、両学年にメリットをもたらします。
4年生は責任感を持ち、ロールモデルとして成長することを学び、1年生は新しい友情を育み、上級生から学ぶことができます。
ここでは、お互いのことを知りながら、自分たちの共通点と相違点についてポスターを作成しています。

The 4th grade students become the leaders, helping the 1st grade students who share the building with them.
The bond between 4th and 1st graders benefits both grades.
4th graders learn to be more responsible and grow as role models, while the 1st graders develop new friendships and learn from the older students.
Here the students are getting to know each other while creating a poster about their similarities and differences.
