9年生職場体験②　G9 Job Experience

この度、11月の8日と9日に職場体験の受け入れをしてもらいました。 僕達は、学校の近くにあるマクドナルドに職場体験に行かせていただきました。

僕達がマクドナルドで体験させていただいたことは、扱っているハンバーガーやドリンクなどを作ったり、お客様の接客や、店内の清掃などです。色々な事を教えていただきました。

この職場体験において僕達は、チームワークがとても大切だという事を学びました。理由としては、職場体験先の皆様が自分の担当する物を高いクオリティーかつ素早く作るという事を心がけていて、そのスピードでお客様に提供するためには、各自が自分の持ち場の仕事をこなし、次の人へ繋ぐのをいかに素早くこなすかということが大事になります。そして、それを可能としているものがチームワークだと思ったからです。

今回の職場体験は僕達にとってとても貴重な体験になりました。職場体験に携わっていただいた方々にとても感謝しています。

We went on a job experience on November 8^th and 9^th at McDonald’s near our school.

We learned many things there such as hamburger and drink preparations, customer service, and cleaning.

During the experience, we realized the importance of teamwork because we saw crew working hard to create their quality products as quickly as possible. How to do the tasks and how to pass tasks the to the next person become important when providing speedy service to the customers.

Teamwork makes it possible.

The experience was truly amazing. We are grateful for everyone who supported us.
